Non-standard size customization services are provided, and the length can be adjusted between 3 meters and 12 meters to adapt to different usage scenarios.
Number of stacking layers: Under normal circumstances, single-layer packing container room can be used directly, on the premise that the foundation is stable and meets the building specifications, multi-layer packing container room is usually allowed to stack 2-3 layers, and some reinforced structure boxes can be stacked 4-5 layers after professional design and calculation, effectively expanding the vertical space utilization rate.
II. Structural material
Frame material: The frame is mainly made of Q235B or Q355B high-strength steel, and the steel thickness is usually between 2-3mm. The steel specifications of the columns and beams are larger to ensure the strength and stability of the box structure. Wall materials: Sandwich panels are mostly used for walls. Common sandwich materials include polystyrene (EPS), rock wool, polyurethane (PU), etc. The thermal conductivity of polystyrene sandwich panels is about 0.041W/(m・K), the price is relatively low, and the thermal insulation performance is average, the thermal conductivity of rock wool sandwich panels is ≤0.04W/(m・K), with good thermal insulation and fireproof performance (fireproof grade can reach Class A), the thermal conductivity of polyurethane sandwich panels is as low as 0.024W/(m・K), with the best thermal insulation effect and good waterproof performance. The thickness of sandwich panels is generally between 50mm and 100mm.
Floor material: The floor is made of steel frame with 18mm silicate cover or cement fiber board. The thickness of plastic floor is usually 1-3mm, which is wear-resistant and non-slip.
