Structural performance
Reliable structure: The light steel flexible structural system is adopted, which is safe and reliable, can meet the requirements of building structure design specifications, and can withstand strong earthquakes above level 7 and typhoons of level 12.
Structural waterproofing: The unique structural design makes it have good waterproof performance. For example, the roof adopts a five-ridge and four-slope structure, which effectively avoids water accumulation and prevents rainwater leakage.
Space layout
Flexible layout: Doors and windows can be set at any position, and indoor partitions can be set at any horizontal axis. The space can be flexibly divided according to actual needs to meet different usage functions. The stairs are set outdoors and do not occupy indoor space.
Diverse combinations: The space is combined with standard modules, and houses of different areas and different numbers of floors can be built according to customer needs, which can meet the requirements of various sites and usage scales.
Installation and disassembly
Convenient disassembly and assembly: The house can be disassembled and assembled many times and reused. Only some simple tools are needed during the installation process, which greatly saves the time and labor cost of installation and disassembly.
Convenient transportation: The components are light and easy to carry. When relocating on the construction site, they can be quickly disassembled and reassembled, and the transportation cost is low, which is suitable for places with frequent relocation.
Environmental protection and energy saving
Environmental protection and saving: reasonable design, easy disassembly and assembly, can be recycled many times, low loss rate, no construction waste, and the average annual use cost is much lower than similar houses built with other materials.
Insulation: K-type insulation layer is usually added to the wall and roof, which can effectively reduce the heat loss caused by the temperature difference between indoor and outdoor, make the indoor temperature more stable, achieve the effect of warm in winter and cool in summer, and provide a comfortable environment for residents.
Exterior decoration
Beautiful decoration: The overall appearance is beautiful, bright in color, soft in texture, and flat on the board. It has a good decorative effect and can enhance the overall image of the place of use.
Various shapes: In addition to the common standard styles, personalized designs can be made according to customer needs, such as adding gatehouses, changing the roof form, etc., to make the appearance of the building more diverse.
Service life
Durable: The light steel structure is treated with anti-corrosion spray paint, and the normal service life can reach more than 10 years. During use, only simple maintenance is required to maintain a good use state.
1. Basic size parameters
Standard modulus
Take K as the basic modulus, 1K=1.82 meters (width direction), common combinations:
Width: generally 2K (3.64 meters), 3K (5.46 meters), 4K (7.28 meters), etc.
Length: Incremental with 1.82 meters as the modulus, such as 6K (10.92 meters), 8K (14.56 meters), etc.
Height:
Single-story: The height from the ground to the eaves is about 2.8 meters.
Double-story: The height of the first floor is about 2.8 meters, the height of the second floor is about 2.6 meters, and the total height is about 6.5 meters (including the roof).
Single suite size (example)
Common specifications: 3.64 meters (width) × 5.46 meters (length) × 2.8 meters (height) (single-story).
2. Structural and material parameters
Frame structure
Main frame: hot-dip galvanized light steel profiles (such as C-shaped steel, I-shaped steel), the steel thickness is generally 1.5~2.0 mm, the tensile strength is ≥235MPa, and it complies with GB/T 13793 standard.
Connection method: bolt connection or welding, the node bearing capacity meets the building structure design specifications.
Wall and roof materials
Wall:
Outer layer: color steel composite board (thickness 50~100 mm), rock wool, thermal conductivity ≤0.041W/(m·K) (EPS).
Inner layer: optional gypsum board, color steel plate or metal carved board, with a flat surface and moisture-proof.
Roof:
Sloped roof design, using color steel tiles or color steel composite boards, the slope is generally 10°~15°, waterproof level ≥Ⅱ level, and needs to be coordinated with structural waterproof design (no additional waterproof layer).
Ceiling: PVC gusset or gypsum board can be selected, with sound insulation effect ≥25dB.
Floor
Bottom layer: channel steel + plywood or cement fiberboard, load capacity ≥1.5kN/㎡ (about 150kg/㎡).
Second layer: light steel keel + plywood or cement fiberboard, load capacity ≥1.0kN/㎡ (about 100kg/㎡).
3. Performance parameters
Earthquake resistance and wind resistance
Earthquake resistance: can withstand 7-degree earthquake (design basic earthquake acceleration ≤0.15g), in line with GB 50011 earthquake resistance specification.
Wind resistance level: can withstand 8-level wind force (wind speed ≤20.7m/s), the roof and wall are fixed to the frame by clamps or bolts to improve wind resistance stability.
Insulation and sound insulation
Insulation performance: wall thermal resistance ≥1.2 (m²·K)/W, indoor and outdoor temperature difference ≥10℃ in winter, and significant insulation effect in summer.
Sound insulation performance: wall sound insulation ≥25dB, floor sound insulation ≥30dB, meeting daily office/living needs.
Fire rating
If rock wool core material is used, the fire rating can reach Class A (non-combustible). EPS core material fire rating is Class B2 (combustible), and it needs to be used with fire retardant coating.
Installation efficiency
The installation time of a single standard room (3.64m×5.46m) is about 4~6 hours (excluding foundation), and the installation cycle of a double-story house is ≤3 days.
Disassembly and assembly loss rate ≤5%, can be disassembled and assembled more than 5 times.
4. Other parameters
Service life: up to 10~15 years under normal maintenance (light steel frame anti-corrosion treatment).
Weight: The weight of a single-story house is about 1.5~2 tons/set, which is easy to transport.
Applicable temperature: -20℃~+50℃, suitable for climate conditions in most regions.
