Basic configuration: The interior is usually equipped with basic electrical facilities such as double switches, fluorescent lamps, power sockets, etc. to meet the basic needs of staff such as lighting and electricity. Some booths will also install air-conditioning sockets, ventilation fans, etc. to provide a comfortable working environment.
Customized functions: Special functions can be customized according to different usage scenarios, such as installing modern communication equipment and monitoring systems for information transmission and security monitoring; configuring charging systems in parking booths to realize vehicle entry and exit management and charging functions, etc.

Spatial layout: The doors, windows and front and rear wall panels of the booth can be interchanged at will, and the indoor partitions can also be set at any horizontal axis position, so as to flexibly adjust the internal space layout to meet different usage needs.
Insulation: The walls and roofs are generally made of color steel sandwich panels, double-layer polyurethane insulation materials, etc. These materials have good insulation and thermal insulation properties, which can effectively block the direct sunlight in the summer and keep the room cool; in winter, it can reduce the loss of indoor heat and create a relatively comfortable working environment for the staff.

Material and structural parameters
1. Main frame
Material:
Stainless steel: commonly used 304 or 201 stainless steel, thickness 0.8~1.5mm, brushed or mirrored surface, corrosion-resistant and easy to clean.
Aluminum alloy: high-strength aluminum alloy profile (such as 6063-T5), wall thickness 1.2~2.0mm, light weight and oxidation resistance.
Steel structure: hot-dip galvanized square tube (such as 50×50mm, 40×80mm), wall thickness 1.5~2.5mm, anti-corrosion treatment after welding.
Structural form:
Overall welding or bolt assembly, frame load-bearing ≥1000kg, wind resistance level ≥8 (wind speed ≤20.7m/s), earthquake fortification ≥6 degrees.
2. Wall and roof
Wall material:
Colored steel sandwich panel: thickness 50~100mm, core material is EPS (insulation) or rock wool (fireproof), thermal conductivity ≤0.041W/(m・K) (EPS).
Metal carved board: outer layer is aluminum-zinc-coated steel plate (embossed pattern), inner layer is polyurethane insulation layer, total thickness 16~20mm, fireproof grade B1.
Glass curtain wall: tempered glass (thickness 5~12mm) + aluminum alloy frame, good light transmittance, suitable for landscape booths.
Roof material:
Slope roof: colored steel tile or asphalt tile, slope 10°~15°, standard waterproof roll material, waterproof grade II.
Flat roof: stainless steel plate or aluminum gusset plate, built-in waterproof layer, sealed at the joints.
3. Floor and ceiling
Floor:
Base layer: steel structure + anti-skid steel plate (thickness 3~5mm) or cement fiber board (thickness 12~15mm).
Surface layer: anti-skid floor tiles, PVC floor leather or anti-static floor, load capacity ≥2.0kN/㎡ (about 200kg/㎡).
Ceiling:
Material: aluminum gusset plate, PVC gusset plate or gypsum board, thickness 0.5~1.0mm, sound insulation effect ≥20dB.
Performance parameters
1. Environmental adaptability
Temperature range: -30℃~+50℃, insulation layer (such as thickened rock wool) or temperature control system can be customized in extreme areas.
Waterproof performance: Silicone sealant is used at the joints, and there is no leakage in the immersion test for 24 hours.
Corrosion resistance: Stainless steel/aluminum alloy material is resistant to salt spray corrosion for ≥1000 hours (GB/T 10125 standard).
2. Fire rating
Rockwool sandwich panel: Fire rating A (non-combustible), suitable for high-demand scenarios such as fire protection and airports.
EPS/Rockwool sandwich panel: Fire rating A (non-combustible), matched with fire-retardant coating or restricted use scenarios.
Installation and transportation parameters
Installation method:
Overall hoisting: suitable for small booths, no welding required on site.
Modular assembly: large booths are disassembled and transported, assembled on site, with a cycle of 1~3 days.
Transportation size:
Overall booth: needs to match the size of the truck (such as length, width and height ≤5.0×2.5×3.0 meters).
Disassembled parts: Single module weight ≤500kg, easy to carry by manpower or forklift loading and unloading.
Foundation requirements:
Concrete foundation: thickness 10~15cm, surface flatness error ≤3mm/m.
Simple foundation: can be placed directly on the hardened ground and fixed with expansion bolts.
Customized parameters (optional)
Special functions:
Bulletproof booth: bulletproof glass (thickness ≥ 12mm) and bulletproof steel plate are used, which meet the GA165-2016 bulletproof standard.
Smoking booth: built-in air purification system, ventilation frequency ≥ 10 times/hour, PM2.5 filtration efficiency ≥ 95%.
Appearance design:
Color: any color of RAL color card can be selected, and the surface is treated with fluorocarbon paint (weather resistance ≥ 10 years).
Styling: arc type, pointed top type, antique type, etc., and the company LOGO or logo can be customized.
Notes
The following contents need to be confirmed when purchasing a booth:
Use scenarios: such as public security, sanitation, etc. Different scenarios have different requirements for materials (such as bulletproof) and functions (such as toll collection systems).
Local climate: wind-resistant design needs to be strengthened in high wind pressure areas (such as adding anchor points), and insulation layer needs to be thickened in cold areas.
